This is good. I would remove the restaurant info for the artist resume. And since your prospective viewer is looking for experience I would change the heading to "expierence" or something similar instead of work history- work history implies a exactly what you have, a record or history of work- you want a history of related artistic or photographic expeirence. Everything else is good stuff though. One last suggestion would be to generalize your equipment. Instead of what you have- put what you can use. In this case "mac" proficent, competant with canon eos system-digital/film, etc. In this case general makes you more marketable. You will undoubtably get your hands on similar models and become more familiar, its only a matter of time.
